3. The electrical shell and body must be grounded to ensure safety. Cut off the power after the work is completed. .

4. After working every day, clean up the residual medicine on the machine and in the mold hole, keep the whole machine clean and hygienic, and avoid washing the main machine with water. If the mold on the machine needs to be cleaned, the fixing screws can be loosened and then removed, which is convenient for installation.

Common faults and maintenance of capsule filling machine:

1. The vibration is not ideal, adjust the voltage.

2. The reed screw is loose, tighten the screw.

3. The capsule shells are arranged in the worktable, the mouth is higher or lower, adjust the height of the misaligned plate and the guide rail.

4. Too many capsule shells are turned upside down (more than 3%), the vibrator is not adjusted properly, due to the proper voltage adjustment or the size of the capsule shell is not up to specification, select a qualified capsule shell.

5. The capsule shell is stuck on the platen and cannot fall down. Replace the capsule shell or adjust the position of the dislocation plate and the plate hole.

6. The mold cannot be reset in the rail, the compression spring at the rear end of the rail is stuck or the capsule is deformed and stuck. Reinstall the spring or ejector rod, and push down the jammed capsule with the push rod.

7. The guide plate in the mold is worn, which affects the low rate of capsule fit. Replace the mold or loose positioning on both sides, tighten the positioning nails, and the capsule is deformed or wet. Replace the capsule shell.
